What we keep from a request form.

The service forms ask for your name, email, phone if you offer it, and the details of the workflow you want. That is so a person at AI4BIZ can reply. This page describes the site as built. It is not a statute-specific legal policy.

Where it is stored

The Remix server writes each request to Cloud Firestore in the Firebase project you configure. The browser does not talk to Firestore. Security rules deny all client access. Staff read requests only after signing in with Firebase Authentication.

Email

When SMTP is configured, Nodemailer sends the same details to the studio address and a short confirmation to you. If SMTP is not configured, the request can still be stored and the form says that no email was sent.

How long

Requests stay in the inbox until someone on the studio marks them closed or deletes them in Firebase. Closing a request in the admin panel keeps the record and changes its status.

What we do not take

The forms do not ask for passwords, card numbers, or full bank details. Do not put those in the message field.
